Our online reporting system allows you to access and use the collected data in real-time, and no manual input is required. Data can be integrated to other systems like CRM, if needed.
We have two hardware options to choose from: Touch screen stand device and Keyboard stand device.
Our Lead Capture Solution is available as a rental service for short term usage, like exhibitions and customer events, or for longer, ongoing purposes. If you have many events throughout the year in your marketing plan, we recommend choosing more cost-efficient annual plan. The same feedback device/devices can be used for other purposes between the events as the content on the screen can be easily updated for different use cases. As an example: Your Lead Capture device can measure customer experience in the store or Employee satisfaction in the office on other times.
